Joe is the Director of Instruction at The Concession Golf Club and has been recognized by Golf Digest as a Best Young Teacher in America since 2018.

Joe was selected as one of the first 20 certified Master Teaching Professionals in the United States by TrackMan. He is a certified K Motion 3D Instructor and certified Swing Catalyst Instructor.

Joe has also worked alongside fitness and medical professionals in a team-based approach to golf instruction which has benefited his students tailoring specific practice plans based on how the body moves. He attributes this approach and his knowledge of Trackman to seeing results by his students hitting the ball farther by 20%, winning club championships and dropping handicaps by as much as 10 strokes.

Joe has also developed a strong junior program for ages 6 through collegiate-level golfers. His programs encourage continued participation in golf and enhancing performance for competition. His students have since gone on to win local, regional and national championships.
